General Purpose of the Position
The Shop Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management of the respective shop and effective supervision and management of the team members of the respective shop as well as ensuring the service meets the customer needs.
- Motivate the team to meet objectives by training and mentoring team members to achieve a high standard of product and service.
- Recruitment, development, and training of new team members for the shop
- Ensure proper maintenance of equipment, machine, facilities, and premises.
- Complaint management: respond to customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
- Implement branded promotional campaigns from the head office, including the handling of point-of-sale promotional materials, or devise your own promotional campaigns.
- Undertake store administration duties such as managing the store budget and supervise on operation and other expenses, stock loss and deviations in co-ordination with accounts department.
- Deliver excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Monitor inventory levels and order new items.
- Prepare reports and performance analysis about buying trends, customer requirements and profits.
- Ensure compliance with the safety and health regulations.
Type of Skills and/or Licensing/Certification Required
- Strong leadership and customer management abilities
- Experience in budgeting and forecasting

- The position requires a high school diploma. A university degree in relevant field is preferred.
- Minimum 3 years work experience in a food retail environment, ideally in a managerial role.

- Fluency in Greek and English
- IT literacy (MS Word, MS Outlook, MS Excel)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy along with organization skills
- Knowledge of Lightspeed, Novasero s/w is a major plus but not a requirement.

Accounting Position – Full Time
Get Fresh, an established F & B Business based in Nicosia, is seeking to recruit an Accounting Officer.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Book-keeping and maintenance of accounting records.
- Conducting bank, debtor, and creditor reconciliations.
- Reconciling stores deposits to the daily sales reports.
- Process bank payments.
- Dealing with financial paperwork & filing.
- Liaising with clients & suppliers to resolve issues in relation to the accounting and book-keeping.
- Work closely with the management and senior accountant, by supporting them in various tasks.
- Book-keeping knowledge with at least 2-3 years working experience in similar position.
- LCCI intermediate, higher or equivalent degree.
- Knowledge of MS Outlook, MS word, and MS Excel.
- Fluent in Greek and adequate knowledge of English.
Emphasis will be given on
- Pleasant personality, integrity of character and responsibility.
- Fast learner with a positive attitude.
- Ability to multitask and work in a team.
- Knowledge of ESOFT accounting software will be considered an advantage.
